Delivery address

You must complete all delivery details when placing the order. Please provide contact information or delivery address which can be reached most of the time. We will email or phone you to confirm the delivery details within 1 working day.

 

Delivery charge

Delivery is free for orders over HK $500. Order below HK $500 will be charged HK $50 for delivery expense.

Date and time of delivery

Orders from the online catalog are only available within Hong Kong. For outlying Island delivery service, please contact us by phone at (+852) 3106 3220 or by email at enquiries@tangutcorp.com

Delivery will usually be arranged within 2 working days except outlying Island.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are ONLY accepted by phone at (+852) 3106 3220 within 3 working days. Cancellation will not be allowed after delivery.

 

Change in order details

Invalid payment details

We will not process any order with invalid payment information. Please contact our office at (+852) 3106 3220 for any enquiries about payment methods.

 

Complaints

Any complaint should always be accompanied with your order number, sender information, recipient information and digital photos clearly showing the product and time of delivery.

 

All complaints must be made within 7 working days after the delivery. Complaints may not be processed after the deadline.
