Hair Loss

Hair loss is a very common problem that affects both men and women, from all parts of the world. Men are more prone to hair loss. Although it is normal to lose hair in old age, some men experience hair loss during puberty.

Most men who suffer from male pattern baldness are extremely unhappy with their situation and would do anything to change it. Hair loss affects every aspect of their life. It affects interpersonal relationships as well as their professional life.

The actual causes of hair loss are varied and may range from anything like 

  • Inadequate nutrition
  • Unhealthy diet and lifestyle
  • Stress such as worry, anxiety and sudden shock
  • Extremely stressful events
  • Exposure to chemicals, poisons and some medical treatments like chemotherapy
  • Serious diseases

  • Intake more food or supplement rich in vitamin C, protein, essential fatty acids, B-complex vitamins, and vitamin E
  • Have no more than one drink of alcohol per day
  • Avoid high-fat and high sodium diet that contributes in hair loss
  • Limit your caffeine intake.
  • Avoid man-made, unnatural and artificial foods that contain Sucrulose and Splenda.
  • Avoid chemically made sweeteners that contain dextrose, fructose and sucrose.
  • Consume at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day
 
  • Regular exercises
  • Avoid prolong exposure to sun
  • Stimulate the follicles by rubbing the scalp with fingers regularly
  • Use sunscreen or wear a hat to protect your hair
